The Williamson Valley Ranch Road Association (the "Association" or WVRRA) has been formed to serve as the governing body for all of the members for the purpose of maintaining the roadways and easements as provided in this Declaration, Bylaws and Association Rules (hereinafter termed the "Community Documents").
