WVRRA Meeting Agendas

The WVRRA Board encourages all WVRRA members to attend the meetings of the WVRRA Board to ensure they are aware of the actions taken by the Board and to express their views on priorities for future actions. However, while all WVRRA members are invited to participate in discussions during the meetings, only WVRRA Board members may make, second, and vote on motions.

The regular meetings of the Board are held at 7:00 pm on the second Friday of each month (changes in the scheduling of meetings and the location of each meeting will be announced on this website).

reports by members of the Board:
committee reports;
special orders --- important business previously designated for consideration at this meeting;
unfinished business;
new business;
announcements; and
adjournment.

The meetings of the WVRRA Board of Directors are conducted in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order (Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, 10th ed., Perseus Publishing, Cambridge, MA , 2000; see Official Robert's Rules of Order Website) and the Association's Community Documents.
